Truly sympathize: I truly sympathize with you. This can be very depressing. Acutane, although, sounding bad from the side effect side, may not be that bad in your case. Those i've known on it did actually pretty well. I've seen good results with laser treatments. The major downside, though, is the cost. If it is affordable, try a few sessions.
