Bronchitis: Maybe it is allergies. In ohio right now the weeds are a blooming so it might be an asthma/allergy exacerbation. I would hope your doctor has considered treating you.

Maybe: This combination of symptoms with absence of findings on chest xray or chest ct, sounds consistent with an upper respiratory infection- bronchitis with probable sinusitis.
