See your doctor: A lot of unintended wt loss is something to see your doctor about - get referral to a specialist. If you have fast transit times (loose stools), try foods to slow down the gut to help absorption (milk & poppy seed products). Fatty foods pack on weight but may also worsen your transit time. Starches and high calorie drinks (ice cream type) will help weight loss. Stop the stool softener if you can.
