I suspect you will be fine. Any germs in that poop were already in your body/digestive tract. Other than being gross, I don't see a problem.

I have issues breathing. symptoms started over a year ago. I'm unable to take it in full breaths. I have been to a cardiologist and a lung doc and all seems to be in order. I noticed moving my head and flexing my neck seems to let more air?
When I take a bath I get dizzy, my heart races and my vision gets blurry, I focus on my breathing and it goes away it will happen a few times before I get out when I do I get areally bad headache my head feels tight and is throbbing & my eyes squint.
