No magic here: Creatine's great for the guy who wants to build mass, and protein powder (maybe 20 grams after a workout, more is probably a waste) is popular as well. I encourage everybody who's not eating a very well-balanced, fruit-and-vegetable-laden diet to use a cheap vitamin-and-mineral daily tablet. Beyond this, i can't recommend anything so much as hard work, good friends and having a great time.
