Is there anyway to stop severe hair breakage? im losing a lot of hair suddenly. i hve chemically treated hair. but i havnt done anything to it recently

Try moisturizer: Unfortunately, the damage may have been done with the chemical treatment, even if it was some time ago. The hair shaft away from the growing part near the scalp may be dried out and fragile.
