See a pulmonologist: This may be onset of asthma. Wheezing is a manifestation of some anatomic difficulty in getting air out of the lungs and bronchi and trachea. May be a manifestation of your allergies, but you should definitely be examined, undergo pulmonary function testing and be managed accordingly. Good luck.
