Does having pleural effusion and atelectasis mean you have pneumonia still? supposedly my pneumonia showed clearing on march 6. please assist

Not necessarily.: The pleural effusion should be followed with chest x-ray to make sure it resolves. Atelectasis byself is not a result of pneuomina. Take care.
