Check hCG: Your TSH is fine. Some women don't completely skip the first period when they become pregnant; instead they have a shorter lighter period sometimes referred to as implantation bleeding. Check a home pregnancy test. If positive, be sure to call your doctor, as mot women need higher thyroid doses while pregnant.
