I got this white lump on my ankle, and i want to know what it is and how to remove it?

Ganglion: The lump may or may not be a ganglion. Most of the time it can be drained instead of removed. It is better to try conservative options first to avoid surgery because of potential complications and reoccurance. If it is not fluid filled then and MRI may be needed to evaluate it further.
