Check it out: Most likely fatty tumor or fibrous tumor, less likely possibly femoral hernia. See a general surgeon. Sounds like nothing serious but in general if we can't get a tissue sample, we are not 100% sure of what it is. Don't lose sleep over it but get it checked out.
