55 yrs old female w/ severe lower right abdominal pain. ct w/contrast normal. more pain when sitting than standing. what could it be? no gallbladder.

Small hernia?: One possibility could be a small hernia which was not seen on your ct while you were lying down, but protrudes with increased intra-abdominal pressure while sitting. Other things to consider would be joint related pain from your back or hip.
