Could be: An electrical sensation is often a symptom of a nerve inflammation . In this case it may be related to a compression problem of the nerves on the top of the feet or a sign of a radiculopathy or spinal stenosis , conditions that also can be associated with back pain. See a neurologist or foot soecialist (md or dpm) for an evaluation.
