Esophageal problem: You have an inflammation of your esophagus. Long standing "heart burn", called reflux, can be serious. Be sure you are drinking at least 64oz of water per day; heart burn is often a sign of cellular dehydration. If you have not had an endoscopic exam, suggest that you get one to know the extent of the inflammation. Once you are diagnosed, there are many options for treatment.
