Cardio: Regardless if you are thin you still need to exercise aerobically three to four times a week for health reasons. Many thin people make the mistake of thinking they are healthy simply because they are thin, which can be true or false. Exercise improves brain function, increases energy, lifts your mood and produces overal well being regardless of body size. Best wishes.
