Skin cancer: Unfortunately, a lot of times there is no telling that a skin lesion has developed into cancer. Things you want to look for is change in size and color, appearance of increase capillary network around the lesion, symptoms like discomfort (prickling, burning, etc.). If you have those and especially the lesion is dark, you must have it checked. If you don't have those but still in doubt, do the same.

Skin cancer: Skin cancer signs may include a spot or bump that is changing size, color, or shape. Also an area that does not heal may represent a skin cancer . At times a skin cancer may itch or hurt . See a dermatologist for any suspicious areas and a routine skin exam
