HA when pregnant: Some tips for migraine when pregnant: sleep hygiene = 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night. Smoking cessation. Adequate hydration, at least 64 ounces of water each day. Moderation of caffeine intake, less than 5 cups coffee per day. Stress reduction. Riboflavin 400 mg/day, and/or magnesium oxide 400-800 mg/day. Yoga, gentle stretching, massage, meditation. Hope this helps, good luck!

Couple tips: Triptans, and many of the migraine preventatives are not safe during pregnancy, but Botox and occipital nerve blocks might be considered. Have found that many of my pregnant migraineurs have found substantial relief from breathing 100 % oxygen via a mask for about 5-10 minutes as needed.
