Time and rest: Mix a capful of baby shampoo in a six ounce glass of moderately warm water and stir. Soak a clean washcloth in the glass and gently clean the matter and debris collected along your eyelashes 1-2 times a day. Take tylenol (acetaminophen) for aches and pains. Drink plenty of water and rest. Most viral conjunctivitis will resolve in about 7-10 days. If photosensitivity, eye pain & dec. Vision, see eye md.
