Compresses, massage: You can try warm compresses every hour while you are awake along with tear duct massage 4 times a day. To massage your tear duct, place your clean pinky finger in the inner corner of your eye and make little circle motions with it massaging towards your nose. Gently wipe out discharge from eyes with clean cloth only. If not better in 3-4 days, then you really need to go to an urgent care center .
