Is there a difference in symptoms between endometriosis and ovarian cancer? if so, what are they?

See below: Usually ovarian cancer presents with few to no symptoms until advanced stages. Usually patients complain of early satiety (feeling full after only eating a small amount), weight loss, increased waist size, bloating , and constipation. Endometriosis presents with complaints of pelvic pain and discomfort. Rarely ovarian cancer arises from endometriosis and symptoms overlap.
