I had ultrasound appt today. tech says 5 weeks 1 day but no fetal pole seen. hcg today 4199. what are my chances. b4 had miscrg b4 5 weeks no heart beat

Do another hcg: Do another HCG in 48 hours after the first one. Usually would double. Also, checking Progesterone level may be helpful. If going up but not quite x 2, repeat ultrasound in a couple of weeks.
