No Problem: Teeth eruption varies considerably among children . No unusual to see 4 teeth in a 4 month old baby . No special precautions is needed . Thank you.

Not unusual: It is slightly early but well within the normal range of timing. The precautions are keep them clean and don't let the child sleep with a bottle of milk or fruit juice. You don't want sugary drinks pooling in the mouth while sleeping.

Early teeth: There is no problem with teeth coming in at this age. It usually just a nuisance with breast feeding. The challenge is keeping them clean.
