Does tieing a thread around a skin tag for a few days really make it just fall off?

Skin Tags: Most of the patients that i see that have tied a string around their skin tags come in with inflammation and irritation and sometimes an infection. Skin tags can be removed by cryosurgery, electrocautery or scissor excision.

Normal circulation: Is necessary for even skin tags, so tying a thread tightly enough to cut off the circulation will cause it to die. (but you have to tie it below the base properly.) but warm, moist, and dead tissue can become infected, so this home remedy is not recommended. See any doctor for a quick , easy, and safer treatment--scissor excision, cautery or hyfrecator destruction, or cryotherapy. All work great!
