Any rashes?: Skin sensitivity with friction/pressure may be a part of delayed pressure urticaria - especially if you notice small red hives some time after event. If you take any meds, review them to see if itching/hives are listed side effect. Consider having a visit with your MD to have a good exam of your skin to see if there are any issues.

Dysesthesia: When normal appearing skin has a hightened sensitivity to touch, the cause is often obscure. I would consider consulting a neurologist for a diagnostic workup rather than a dermatologist unless there is associated skin discoloration.
