Yes: Wearing tight clothes can caused irritant or pressure dermatitis which is an itchy red rash which can lead to dark discolorations if happening constantly. Wearing tight clothes around the abdomen can also lead to hiatal hernias, constipation, heartburn, gastric reflux, problems during pregnancy. Tight jeans can also cause nerve compression and yeast infections.
