Doctor: Definitely need to consult with either your pcp of an asthma specialist.Maybe you need to rwaek your medication.Or find what triggers the problem.Or ideally both!

Re-evaluation: You mention only 1 inhaler & if that is how you are handling asthma you need a update. An asthma action plan based on your pattern of symptoms /triggers & possible home peek flow meter data can get this into control.
