Advair: The continuous use of high dose Advair Diskus (salmeterol and fluticasone) 500/50 may cause weight gain in some individuals and ideally no one should be kept on such a high dose for a long period of time. The other dosages, 250/50 and 100/50 do not have significant systemic absorption.
