Try this: Some doctors tend to hear symptoms better than vague expressions. Recommend you write down your anxiety sxs & present that info to your doctor. Rapid breathing? Shortness of breath? Lump in throat? Muscle tension? Feeling on edge? Sense of doom? Nausea? Chest tightness? How does your anxiety negatively impact your life? Try it.
