"Won't listen"?: If you don't feel your doctor is listening, you can get a second opinion from another physician. Please realize that not all physicians treat anxiety the same way. Your doctor may understand that you are anxious, but simply not agree to prescribe certain medications for it. There are excellent talk therapies for anxiety; you can see a psychiatrist and/or a psychologist for treatment also.

Anxiety: Be open and honest with your doctor of your disappointment as this kind of interchange is necessary for successful treatment. Also if you feel the match is not a good one, seek a second opinion. Try using the free anti anxiety app for articles, video's and examples of successful treatment of anxiety. Best.
