Abuse of adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine): I can not condone using Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) to get high. The fact is very few individuals develop a tolerance to adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) when it is used as prescribed by a physician.

On 20mg Adderall IR twice a day. Take 1st dose at 7:30am. No issues with pulse or BP. Quite good actually. Avg 120/70 pls 65. 6 hours later I take second dose. Pulse still good but BP jumps 20 systolic/10/diastolic. Why good with 1st dose but not 2nd?
