What is relapse?: Not sure what you mean by "ruin." if you mean relapse, it depends. Was the Codeine prescribed to you? Did you take it as prescribed and then stop? Did you use it to get high? Could you have done without it? Even if you decide that it was a relapse & start counting clean & sober time over again, it does not negate the work you have done in recovery. Hope you are working w a sponsor. Check w them.
