Good question: Theoretically once someone has been addicted to a drug, they are always addicted. Therefore, infants who are addicted to drugs during pregnancy are addicted for life. They are at higher risk of reverting to drugs as adults & would need to be warned of this. They also are at higher risk due to their mother's addiction. Dr al sclar is an expert in these kinds of addictions.
