Smoking: Everyone one is different, it remains to be seen how your mind and body react. If you are strong willed and determined it should be enough educate yourself about risks of smoking.

Depends many factors: The patch itself does not make you quit. It provides you with nicotine to prevent withdrawal while you quit the habit of smoking. Quiting depends on your committment, discpline and counselling you received.
