Would it be healthy for me to take 36mg of adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) if its my first time?

Dosing: For an adult, if taking Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) immediate release as 5mg twice a day, to be increased by 5mg weekly if needed/tolerated. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine), does not come in 36mg doses, however Concerta (methylphenidate er) does. For concerta, starting at 18-36mg if acceptable.
