Efficient studying: Study and do homework in the afternoon and early evening. Do not start too late, you will be too tired to be effectivet. Eat well balanced meals. Balance carbohydrates with appropriate amounts of protein. No all carb meals. Study in a non distracting setting. Keep up with your classwork and assignments. Do not let them accumulate. Get sufficient sleep, 8-9 hour at least.

Manage the situation: Set reasonable time periods to study daily. Reduce other distractions/noises (including phones, music, tv, video games etc) study hard for 20 minutes and take a short 5 minute break to rehearse what you studied. Get organized with materials and lists of what needs to be studied. Doing a bit of exercise like jumping jacks or squats also helps keep adhd folks focused.
