Is it likely for me to have many disorders at a time?

Dr. Alvin Lin answered

Unfortunately yes: Having one condition doesn't preclude you from having another. Worse, one disease can hide or mask another. Even worse, solution to one may aggravate other. As i've alluded to in the past, this is job security for doctors. Interestingly, many disorders run together in packs so to speak. We can't explain cause & effect but association is strong btwn obesity, high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabet.
