Seen ORL?: Although UTI may be a part, it is unusual to cause tinnitus. Aspirin may be a cause for it if used long term. Other meds may too. You may need to see otorhynolarygology( ear nose and throat) for it. Most cases are due to unknown cause, but, depending on age and health, a mini stroke event could be responsible.
