Not close to proven: Fish oil in high enough dose reportedly can increase free test levels by lowering a protein called SHBG. SHBG is like a tow truck that binds to a car (car=testosterone). If most of your test is bound to SHBG, there's a low number of free test molecules available to do work. Fish oil supposedly lowers the number of tow trucks so more test is free, thereby increasing test levels. Far from proven!
