Yes: In experienced hands, this is a straightforward procedure that is not technically difficult and is often necessary as part of a hypospadius repair that is delayed at birth.It has some downsides.The procedure requires general anesthesia and a more involved recovery that that of a newborn. The kid is also confused and uncomfortable in the post operative period.
