Yes, hard to say: I believe in circumcision but consider it best in newborns under a local anesthetic.The procedure is done under general anesthesia in older kids & adults & has an uncomfortable recovery period with swelling & pain.The reasons to consider it in older kids/adults are more social than medical.I consider it more like getting your lop ears pinned back or other cosmetic procedure.
