Yes: Asthma is a chronic lung disease with multiples symptoms triggered by viral infections , weather changes and specific allergens like mold , dust, cat and dog mites, fish , peanut , eggs and long list. Cough , shortness of breath , chest pain , wheezing , among others.

Many symptoms: Asthma symptoms are classically wheezing ( a whistling noise when breathing out), cough and shortness of breath. Less obvious symptoms might be a prolonged cough after colds, cough at night or cough after playing or exercise.
