This is Very Common: Recovering from anorexia nervosa is very tough & relapse is very common. This is part of what makes anorexia so tough to treat. Recovery is both physical (eating a balanced diet 2 get the nutrients u need) & psychological (finding new ways of coping w/ intense feelings, body image expectations, etc.) having a good medical/mental health team is the ideal.
