Absolutely: I have treated hundreds of cases of eating disorders and have many, many patients who could tell you they are free from their eating disorder in thought and behaviors. Some providers may say that a person always will have some symptoms, but again, this is not the case if a person sees treatment through to the end. Many people only stay in treatment till things are better, not etill full remission.
