Endomyometritis: Women with endomyometritis typically have fever and associated rapid heart rate, midline lower abdominal pain, and uterine tenderness. They may also have chills, headache, malaise, or loss of appetite. I am not familiar with exactly how exquisite her belly pain may be. Considering the possible complications of endometritis, such as peritonitis or sepsis, pain might be the least of her concerns.
