Conditioning: Producing sweat is one of the more efficient ways the body uses to disperse body heat. In general, as people get more conditioned, they tend to sweat less than when they first start an exercise program; so sticking with a conditioning program can sometimes lead to a decrease in excessive sweating. Persistent excessive sweat production is a medical condition, so be seen if it continues.
