Possibly: If your doctor has prescribed these medicines it will likely be safe. Elavil (amitriptyline) in low dose may help with headaches and other chronic pain syndromes. It's usually given at bedtime. Both can affect serotonin levels, so the doses are important. Ask your doctor about any concerns you have about these prescriptions.

Celexa/Elavil: As prescribed, preferably Celexa (citalopram) in morning and Elavil at night.
