Yes: I'm assuming this is for fitness / bodybuilding. Creatine is excellent for gaining muscle and if you want mass, probably you want to use this. Coenzyme q is less likely to do anything for you as an athlete; it's heavily promoted and has some interesting effects but i'd urge you not to get your expectations up.
