Yes it is a trigger: Change in weather is known to be a trigger for an acute attack of migraine most of the time on cold days than hot days. But high humidity, dry air, windy or stormy weather in some, barometric pressure changes and bright sunlight can be a trigger in some people. In some people weather changes may cause imbalance in brain chemicals including serotonin to trigger attack. If you know what weather is trigger.

Weather migraine: Increased pain has been associated with slowly falling barometric pressure. You will notice that in a storm system coming in fast you are fine. Its that front that takes days to come in that hurts. There is also fair weather pain from a high pressure area moving away from you. Bright light may trigger, not enough light causes depression and may be a trigger too!
