What can be done for wrinkles and sagging on the leg above the knee?

Bend your knee!: The wrinkles and "loose" skin are there only when the leg is straight; your elbows and knees have this "excess" to allow movement! significant excess such as after massive weight loss can be trimmed surgically and tightened but the scars are major deterrents. See a plastic surgeon for advice!

Cellulaze: Cellulaze by cynosure uses a side firing fiberoptic filament to deliver laser light and heat energy to the deep surface (dermis) of the skin, resulting in skin thickening and tightening over 6-12 weeks. Plastic surgeons now have a tool to address areas of loose skin that were previously very hard to treat, such as wrinkling and loose skin of the knees, upper inner arms and upper inner thighs.
