Erupting 3rd molars: Can certainly be painful. You need a dental exam to eval the issue & get the best care/treatment. In the mean time, rinse with warm salt water (just a pinch of salt) & consider otc analgesics such as tylenol (acetaminophen) extra strength (2 tablets) or Ibuprofen 400-600 mg (2-3 tablets). Take these only if you are not taking other medications that conflict. Your Cipro should be helping too. Good luck!

Sadly no: Appropriate medication regimen. Best to see a dentist to have them removed sooner rather than later if symptomatic. Palliative treatment includes warm salt water rinses, tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen. Hope this helps.
